Currently our Neuro Rehab class is twice a week – Wednesday & Friday 12pm – 1pm.
What to bring?
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Wear clothes you feel comfortable to exercise in
We also offer one-on-one Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy sessions if this is preferred.
If you are unsure whether Neurological Rehab could be for you or want to find out more about our classes, give us a call or speak to your treating physiotherapist or exercise physiologist.
Neurological Rehabilitation can be funded by NDIS, workcover and DVA (through GP referral), and private health fund rebates are available (dependent on your cover).
