Georgie is our resident yoga teacher having completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. She takes a gentle class, suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages, and is a strong believer in the benefits of regular yoga practice for everyone.

The classes are basic, Hatha yoga classes. Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. When a class is marketed as hatha, it generally means that you will get a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. Postures will work on improving your spinal mobility, your flexibility, your core strength and your balance. You probably won’t work up a sweat in a hatha yoga class, but you should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
